Description:The selected candidate for this position is required to perform the role of Operations Capability Development (OCD) Execution Project Manager (PM). This PM is responsible for ensuring capability precedence from the Operations Capability Database is planned and prioritized to support 1LMX adoption milestones in the Operations Transformation Integrated Master Schedule (IMS). The PM will drive the day to day execution of teams performing capability development tasks and will provide status and metrics on performance to the plan. The PM will also be the Operations interface with IT providing Operations Business Requirement Packages (BRPs) and coordinating support for planned releases.
This position is for Fort Worth, Texas.

Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week

Basic Qualifications:
- Project management experience, including working with cross-functional teams
- Exceptional organizational, planning, and time management skills to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited college
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to develop strong working relationships with peers, stakeholders, and customers
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Familiarity with Value Stream Capabilities
- Familiarity with agile methodology
- Experience as a CAM or with Earned Value Management
