Project Manager / Project Coordinator – Residential Remodeling

About the Position

We are a design-focused, high-quality general contracting and remodeling company serving Boston’s North Shore and Southern New Hampshire. We are looking for a Junior Project Manager / Project Coordinator to support day-to-day project operations and assist completing $3-5M in annual project work and managing 4–6 active projects at a time.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone passionate about construction, real estate, and building strong relationships, who wants to grow quickly into a project management role. Mentoring and hands-on training will be provided, with a clear path to increased responsibility.

What You’ll Do

  • Support day-to-day coordination of remodeling and new construction projects.
  • Track schedules, site progress, and upcoming work.
  • Research products and technical guidelines in detail.
  • Excel at communicate with subcontractors, vendors, and internal team
  • Assist with client communication and project documentation.
  • Identify issues early and help think through practical solutions.
  • Learn how to manage schedule, cost, quality, and client expectations.
  • Gradually take on more decision-making responsibility as trust is built.
  • You are not expected to know everything on day one. You are expected to be organized, thoughtful, and willing to learn.
