Project Manager - Renovations

Key Responsibilities

*Project Supervision & Coordination*

- Supervise and oversee the direction of projects, ensuring client specifications and requirements are met

- Coordinate with clients, landlords, management, and internal departments for quotations, negotiations, and project execution

- Liaise with quantity surveyors to review progress and monitor costs

- Work closely with Account Servicing and Project teams to coordinate pre-site work and on-site activities

- Lead the renovation team in residential renovation work

*Site Management & Safety*

- Coordinate and supervise construction workers and subcontractors

- Conduct safety inspections and ensure construction and site safety compliance

- Maintain working procedures and safety standards at all times

- Select appropriate tools and materials for each project

*Reporting & Documentation*

- Prepare and monitor project timelines based on project contract scope

- Check and prepare site reports, designs, and drawings

- Report construction progress to the Renovation Department Manager, highlighting potential delays

- Write reports and maintain accurate project paperwork

- Maintain quality control procedures throughout the project lifecycle

*Client & Stakeholder Relations*

- Liaise with clients, landlords, and management throughout the project

- Maintain and establish close client relationships, providing regular feedback

- Support customer visits and sales presentations as needed

- Assist in building sales channels and contacts

*Technical & Problem-Solving*

- Find ways to prevent problems and resolve any issues that arise

- Assess and minimize project risks

- Provide technical advice to the design team to ensure construction feasibility

- Handle project submissions and interior work processes

- Help negotiate contracts and secure permits and licenses

*Technical Skills Required*

- Strong computer skills with good knowledge of:

- Microsoft Excel

- Microsoft Word

- AutoCAD

- Photoshop

*Additional Duties*

- Ensure projects are carried out within budget, schedule, and quality expectations

- Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the Manager or Management

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $5,000.00 - $8,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
