Project Manager | Risk & Ms Project

This is 6 Months CONTRACTUAL/PROJECT BASED EMPLOYMENT (It means that your contract will be under Ben Edictio but you will be assigned to our client. Ben Edictio will process your payroll/salary but you will be working with our client. After your 6 months contract, it depends if the company will absorb you or extend/renew your contract).

Note: Salary will be divided into daily rate; considered as NO WORK NO PAY but REGULAR Holidays announced by the Ph Government are paid. Example: If you didn't work on Special Holidays - Not Paid " NO Work NO Pay" but If you didn't work on Regular Holidays - Still Paid. Of course, if you've worked either on Special or Regular Holidays, Daily rate is paid with Holiday pay as well. Benefits while on a project based: HMO for employee & Mandatory Benefits;

SALARY offer depends on your skills and experiences. Salary expectation is for approval of the higher management.

SPECIFIC JOB TITLE: Project Manager

• Graduate of Bachelor's Degree
• Wiling to work on a dayshift: 9:00 am to 6:00 pm
• Work setup: Hybrid – 4 days onsite and 1 day work from home
• Office location: Quezon Ave, Diliman, Quezon City
• Graduate of Bachelor's Degree
• At least 3+ years of experience in Project management : Software projects
• Project Management certification is an advantage but not a must
• Strong experience in using project management methodology (processes, best practices, tools, and templates) effectively including MS project
• Ability to plan effectively in a rapidly changing environment to quickly identify the critical path and appropriately manage challenging situations real time. Experience in managing through project resets due to change in scope or unforeseen challenges.
• Ability to communicate and present effectively to all levels of external and/or internal leadership, including strong executive presence. Proven ability to manage in demanding environments, including strong executive-level persuasion skill.
• Strategically builds working relationships and networks across all the internal and/or external functions and helps remove barriers to team productivity and success to ensure smooth delivery in a challenging environment
• A solid discipline of risk and issue management
• Excellent in MS project
• Good verbal and written communication skills
• Can Start ASAP

Pay: Php70,000.00 - Php88,000.00 per month
