Project Planner - Bergen

Introduction:
We are looking for an available Project Planner in Bergen.

In this role, you will play a key part in driving project execution by establishing, managing, and optimizing integrated project schedules. You will ensure alignment across all phases and provide clear and timely reporting to stakeholders.

Responsibilities:

• Create, maintain, and update project plans in Primavera (P6)

• Establish baseline plans according to contractual and project requirements

• Perform schedule reporting internally and externally

• Monitor project critical path and propose mitigating actions

• Participate in risk and criticality assessments

• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives

• Lead planning activities for major EPC(I) projects

• Analyze schedules and support mitigation actions

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree (relevant experience may compensate)

• Minimum 5 years of relevant planning experience

• Experience with ERP systems is an advantage

• Strong expertise in Primavera P6 (mandatory)

QHSE & Ethics:

• Maintain strong focus on HSE and Quality in line with company policies

• Ensure adherence to company ethical standards

• Fluent in English (Norwegian is preferred)
