The Opportunity

As a Property Leasing Specialist, you will play a crucial role in the company growth:

• Bring potential clients, negotiate leasing terms and conditions, close the deal, and achieve high occupancy rates;
• Assist in showing the available properties for rent to prospective tenants;
• Promote available properties for lease through social media, online advertisements, traditional marketing, and other effective marketing strategies;
• Bring in new potential properties to be managed and lease out;
• Maintain and develop a strong relationship with new and existing clients;
• Familiarize with the company’s operations, policies, and guidelines;
• Assist in completing requirements to book the lease;
• Assist in post-leasing activities such as but not limited to rent payment collection, preventive and corrective maintenance, inspection schedule, etc.;

Your Compensation

• 15,000 Monthly Allowance
• Commission for successful leased properties

Business Hours

• Flexible
• 5-6 days a week depending on client needs
