Property Specialist

We are looking for interested individuals with at least 72units in college interested to apply for the position

The starting salary ranges from ₱17,000 to ₱25,000 per month, depending on your experience. Salaries are released twice monthly (every 15th and 30th).

Your earnings grow with performance: each closed sale increases your base salary by ₱3,000, with consistent progression opening opportunities for a Managerial role.

In addition, you’ll receive a 2.5% sales commission—which can be very rewarding on high-value transactions. For example, closing a ₱100M property would earn you ₱2,500,000 in commission.
