Job Description:
We currently have an opening for a Proposal Coordinator in our Vancouver office to support and work in collaboration with the proposals team. We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented team player who is able to multi-task and problem solve in a deadline-driven environment.
Key responsibilities include (but not limited to):
- Monitoring opportunities and records management.
- Administration, coordination, development, and quality assurance of the proposal process.
- Assisting with communication and content collection with the technical team.
- Graphics and proposal layout development.
- Working closely with contributors, especially technical solution teams, to edit and proof-read content and ensure all criteria is met for submission.
- Assisting with preparing and updating resumes, project descriptions, boilerplate information etc.
Job Requirements
- Relevant degree or diploma from an accredited post-secondary education institution.
- 2+ years work experience in a similar role.
- Passionate about delivering a high-quality work product.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment without compromising quality or accuracy.
- Ability to work well with others and have a collaborative attitude.
- Self-disciplined approach to establishing priorities and meeting multiple concurrent deadlines
- Responsive and confident multitasker.
- Superb editing, proofreading and verbal communication skills; with a sharp eye for detail.
- Strong organizational skills.
- High proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project) and SharePoint.
- Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator and Photoshop) experience is an asset.
- Basic understanding of A/E/C industry terminology and procedures is an asset.

The salary range for this position is 60,000.00 to $75,000.00 and is commensurate with experience relative to this position.
