Responsibilities
- Lead the entire software development lifecycle, encompassing all stages from requirements analysis to test planning, execution, defect tracking, through to product delivery and maintenance
- Work closely with fellow software engineers, contributing insights and feedback on design optimisation and system implementation
- Develop detailed, comprehensive, and well-structured test plans and cases
- Perform extensive testing, including Blackbox, Whitebox, and Automation on BE API and Web
- Hands-on Manual investigation and root cause analysis of product issues
- Identification of current test script deficiencies and candidates for additional scripted coverage
Requirements
- At least 6 years of experience in end to end Automation testing
- Competence in designing, writing and executing comprehensive testing plans and test cases
- Strong knowledge of Software QA Automation methodologies, Backend Testing, Automation frameworks and design processes
- Solid knowledge of SQL. Solid coding / writing script capability (Java preferred)
- Experience in Functional testing for Web applications and BE APIs
- Proficient in conducting root cause analysis to identify and address underlying issues impacting software quality
- Fluency in both English and Chinese
- Bonus: Prior knowledge in the Funding/Blockchain related domain
- UTC+8 preferred
