Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Computer Engineering, or equivalent.
At least 10 years of working experience in software development quality assurance with at least 3 years of working experience in Life & Health Insurance industry.
Experience working in both the Agile software development and Waterfall software development process.
Good knowledge of QA methodologies, tools and processes.
Experience in writing clear and comprehensive test plans and test cases.
Experience with automation frameworks and CI/CD integration.
Familiarity with compliance and security testing.
Experience in 1 or more of the following technologies:
Functional Testing: HP UFT, Selenium, Appium, Cucumber.
Load/Performance Testing: JMeter, LoadRunner.
Possess good knowledge of SQL and automation scripting.
Vendor management and team leadership experience.
