Support Pharmacist (PSI Registered)

Location: Bray - Wicklow, Dublin

Job Type: Full-time or Part-time (Permanent)

Mandatory Requirement

Applicants must hold current registration with the Pharmaceutical Society of Ireland (PSI). Applications from candidates who are not currently registered to practice in Ireland will not be considered for this role.

The Role

We are seeking a dedicated and community-focused Support Pharmacist to join our team. Whether you are an experienced professional or a recently qualified pharmacist, we provide a supportive environment where you can build lasting relationships with the local community.

Key Responsibilities

  • Clinical Excellence: Oversee the day-to-day running of the dispensary and ensure high standards of patient care.
  • Compliance: Take final responsibility for ensuring Controlled Drug (CD) regulations are strictly adhered to.
  • Operations: Manage stock procurement, ordering, merchandising, and date-checking to maintain optimum stock levels.
  • Store Standards: Maintain exceptional Pharmacy Presentation Standards and pro-actively drive excellence in customer service.
  • Business Growth: Use your initiative to drive business within the dispensary and the wider store.

The Person

  • Qualification: Must hold a recognised Degree in Pharmacy and be PSI Registered.
  • Communication: Ability to communicate effectively and build rapport with a variety of different personalities.
  • Resilience: Capable of working under pressure and multitasking in a busy community environment.
  • Initiative: A self-starter who can work independently while maintaining a team-oriented attitude.
