Qualified Carpenter And Maintenance Services

Multi Skilled Carpenter required for a small construction company working on both property maintenance and commercial construction projects. The company works on projects mainly in the Dublin area and surrounding counties.
The suitable applicant will have experience across multiple construction related trades for both commercial and residential projects. Applicant will be completing property inspections, responding to call outs and must be willing to complete different scopes of work daily.

Duties will include:

• Responding to daily call outs, both commercial and residential
• Assessing jobs, detecting and reporting the need for repairs and maintenance
• Organizing materials required for works.
• Complying with all health and safety guidelines
• Dealing with other trades if required
• Carrying out maintenance work including but not exclusively painting, tiling, etc.
• carrying out scheduled site property inspections.
• Full clean driving licence is required

An immediate start is available for this role.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: €30,000.00-€55,000.00 per year

Expected hours: 25 – 39 per week
