What We're Looking For in Our Next Carpenter:

• Essential Certifications: You must hold a valid Safe Pass and an up-to-date Manual Handling Certificate. These are non-negotiable for site work.
• Qualified Professional: We're seeking qualified carpenters, ideally with NVQ, City & Guilds, or equivalent carpentry qualifications.
• Experience Preferred: While 5 years of experience in residential or commercial carpentry is preferred, we welcome applications from all skilled carpenters who can demonstrate their abilities. We value apprenticeships and relevant on-the-job training.
• Diverse Skill Set: Experience with first fix (framing, roofing, joisting, stud walls) and second fix (door hanging, skirting, architraves, kitchen fitting, flooring, cabinetry, stairs) is highly beneficial.
• Tool Proficiency: Familiarity with standard power tools, hand tools, and site equipment is expected.
• Reliability & Teamwork: You'll be a vital part of our construction teams, so reliability, punctuality, and the ability to work collaboratively are key.
• Safety Conscious: A strong understanding and adherence to health and safety regulations on site is paramount.
