Churchfield Home Services is seeking high-quality Qualified Plumbers to join our structured retrofit delivery teams across Dublin and surrounding areas.
This is not a static plumbing role. This position forms part of our formal Plumbing Supervisor Pathway, designed for plumbers who demonstrate strong technical performance, ≥95% quality standards, and leadership capability within a structured 3-month assessment period.
We deliver high-standard domestic retrofit projects including heating system upgrades, heat pump installations, hot water cylinder replacements and full plumbing integration works — all delivered under clear RAMS, sequenced work orders, defined commissioning standards and SEAI compliance requirements.
At Churchfield, plumbers are trusted specialists — and future site leaders.
What You’ll Do
- Work within structured retrofit delivery teams alongside Electrical and Insulation divisions
- Complete plumbing and heating installations in line with project-specific designs, technical specifications, RAMS and issued work orders
- Install, connect and commission pipework systems, radiators, heating circuits and system components
- Install vented and unvented hot water cylinders (where qualified)
- Complete heat pump plumbing integration and associated controls
- Test, pressure check and commission heating systems to required standards
- Maintain a ≥95% quality KPI standard across all installations
- Maintain clean, protected work areas and structured site discipline
- Record completed works, pressure tests and commissioning data accurately within CHS systems
- Communicate professionally with customers regarding access, shutdowns and service interruptions
- Identify and report technical, quality or safety issues promptly
