Quality Intern

Job Summary: The Kimray Internship Program offers students hands-on experience in a professional manufacturing environment. Interns work alongside industry experts, contribute to real projects, and develop technical and professional skills for future success. Essential Job Functions:

In addition to a summer project, there will be opportunities to do some of the following, based on project assignment:

• Assist with inspection and testing of components, assemblies, and finished products.
• Support root cause analysis, corrective action, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Help maintain and update quality documentation, control plans, and inspection records.
• Participate in audits and process capability studies.
• Collect and analyze data to identify trends and recommend process improvements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to uphold quality standards and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Performs other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

• Currently pursuing a degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or a related technical field.
• Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
• Familiarity with measurement tools, quality systems, or data analysis methods preferred.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
• Commitment to learning and maintaining Kimray's high standards of quality and service.
• Must pass background check and drug screen
