Department Overview Research & Development Engineering The Research & Development Engineering team focuses on managing and maintaining the product pipeline, supplying the market with innovative solutions that help improve the quality of life of our customers. Typical projects last between six months and multiple years, offering an interesting mix of width and depth. Manufacturing Engineering The Manufacturing Engineering team covers all aspects of manufacturing our high-end products. This entails a wide variety of activities, such as test equipment development, cost saving initiatives, manufacturability improvements, and non-conformance investigations. Quality Engineering The Quality Engineering team has the very interesting role of facilitating the link between all external requirements by regulatory agencies, their interpretation of internal process requirements, and the implementation thereof.
