React Native Developer

Framna partners with some of the world’s most ambitious brands, like Swish, SJ, Essity, and SEB, to create digital products that define markets and deliver real-world impact. We are now more than 600 people across ten studios, building apps used by millions every day.

As our next React Native Developer, you will be part of a cross-functional product team of designers, developers, QA engineers, analysts, and product leads who take ideas from first concept to real-world product. You will also join the Cross Platform competence area, a company-wide group where app developers meet regularly to exchange knowledge, deepen their skills, and grow professionally together.

What you’ll do

This role blends hands-on engineering, problem-solving across platforms, and supporting your teammates to deliver good-quality product experiences.

Specifically, you will:

• Build and maintain React Native applications used by millions of users.
• Write high-quality TypeScript and ensure your features work beautifully across both Android and iOS. To do this, we embrace and utilize both your expertise as well as AI-powered tooling.
• Collaborate closely with designers and product teams to bring concepts to life with smooth UI, thoughtful interactions, and polished app behavior.
• Navigate platform-specific challenges, and know when it is time to dip into Android/iOS native modules.
• Help shape technical decisions, contribute to architectural discussions, and drive the team forward with clear communication.
• Support teammates through code reviews, knowledge sharing, and (if you enjoy it) mentoring.
• Work directly with partners and stakeholders to understand needs, communicate progress, and make thoughtful trade-offs.

Who you are

We think you will thrive here if you enjoy variety, care about quality, and love the craft of mobile development. You might recognise yourself if you:

• Have a few years of professional mobile development experience, ideally across Android, iOS, and/or React Native.
• Have worked hands-on with React Native and feel comfortable building features end-to-end.
• Work confidently in TypeScript and have an interest in deeper platform understanding.
• Understand platform differences and enjoy solving cross-platform challenges.
• Feel comfortable with autonomy, taking the lead on parts of the app, making decisions, and helping others move forward.
• Find it meaningful to support or coach others.
• Communicate clearly and enjoy collaborating with designers, product leads, teammates, and partners.
• Care about shipping great products and making users’ everyday lives easier.

Our hiring process

Please note: For this role, you need to be based in Sweden. Unfortunately, we are not able to offer relocation.
