Responsibilities

• Cold calling potential buyers and sellers
• Assisting with lead generation and follow-ups
• Promoting listings and company services online
• Managing and creating social media content
• Designing marketing materials and promotional tools
• Researching potential buyers, sellers, and opportunities
• Assisting with branding and online engagement
• Supporting day-to-day business growth initiatives

Skills

• Strong communication skills
• Comfortable speaking with clients and leads
• Familiar with Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and marketing trends
• Self-motivated and organized
• Interest in real estate, marketing, or sales preferred
• Experience with Canva or content creation is a plus
