Receptionist (Casual)

YMCA Taranaki is currently seeking a friendly, mature and enthusiastic person for a casual receptionist role.

Our reception is open from 8.30 am to 5.30 pm Monday to Thursday, 8.30 am to 5.00 pm on Friday, 9.00 am to 11.00 am on Saturday and 1.00 pm to 3.00 pm on Sunday. Flexibility is essential as rostered hours may include weekends as well as week time hours.

To be successful in this role you will need:

· Ability to multi-task and excellent time management skills

· Excellent customer relationship skills

· Good communication skills (oral and written)

· A high level of accuracy and attention to detail

· Skilled in Microsoft Office

· Understanding of accounts receivable

· Experience in cash handling and eftpos payments

· Ability to work autonomously as well as in a team environment

· A can do attitude with a sense of humour
