What will your role be?
Step into a role at the heart of Diageo Australia’s Sydney HQ and satellite offices. As our Receptionist, you’ll be the friendly face and voice that welcomes colleagues, clients, and visitors, ensuring they feel valued from the moment they arrive. Beyond reception duties, you’ll support smooth office operations, coordinate day-to-day administrative tasks, and help maintain shared spaces, all while upholding Diageo’s high standards of hospitality, security, and professionalism.
This role offers the chance to be at the centre of office life, from organising daily life, managing fleet and phones and liaising with teams to supporting events and engagement initiatives. Your work will directly contribute to creating a seamless, enjoyable experience for everyone in our workplace, helping us maintain a “Best Place to Work” environment.
*This role is an 18 month Fixed Term Contract Role*
Where will you grow in this role?
  • Develop strong organisational and multitasking skills while supporting a dynamic office environment.
  • Build collaborative relationships across teams, enhancing your experience in cross-functional workplace initiatives.
  • Gain experience coordinating events and programs that boost employee engagement and office culture.
  • Learn to manage operational processes, from inventory oversight to vendor partnerships, in a professional setting.
  • Strengthen problem-solving and prioritisation skills while keeping daily office activities running smoothly.
  • Expand your exposure to workplace management, gaining insight into creating an efficient and enjoyable environment for all.
What will you bring to the table?
  • Strong communication and customer service skills with a professional and approachable demeanor.
  • Previous experience in reception, administrative support, or office coordination (2+ years preferred).
  • Ability to multitask, prioritise, and stay calm under pressure in a dynamic environment.
  • Experience managing inventory, internal logistics, or operational processes.
  • A proactive mindset and a desire to contribute to a positive, engaging workplace culture.
