As a Receptionist/Administrator, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring our customers receive the highest level of service while also supporting the administrative functions of our dealership.

Key duties and responsibilities to include:

  • Meeting, greeting, and assisting customers.
  • Providing customers with refreshments, tea, coffee etc.
  • Operating a busy switchboard.
  • Handling telephone calls and dealing with queries in a professional manner.
  • Monitoring and recording incoming calls.
  • Following up on customer enquiries and customer satisfaction surveys.
  • Preparing and updating various reports for Management.
  • Providing administrative support to the Service Department.
  • Completing customers’ vehicle insurance transfers.
  • Requisitioning stationary supplies.
  • Supporting the ISO Quality Manager.
  • Various ad-hoc duties.

The successful candidate will ideally:

  • Excel at understanding, anticipating and meeting customer needs.
  • Exhibit excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Be efficient, with good organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • Be enthusiastic & flexible.
  • Have a friendly & outgoing personality.
  • Possess strong numerical ability and IT skills.
  • Work well as part of a team.
  • Be flexible in your approach to work.
  • Previous experience within the motor industry is desirable.
