About the Role
We are seeking a highly organised and personable Property Administrator / Receptionist to join our growing property management team. This is a dual-role position combining front-of-house reception duties with administrative support for property operations. The ideal candidate will be professional, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

Reception Duties:

  • Act as the first point of contact for visitors and clients
  • Answer and direct phone calls in a professional manner
  • Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence (email, post, courier deliveries)

Administrative Support:

  • Assist with day-to-day property management administration
  • Coordinate maintenance requests and liaise with contractors
  • Processes and update financial records through Letman and Blockman
  • Prepare reports, letters, and documentation as required
  • Schedule meetings, inspections, and property viewings

Requirements

  • Previous experience in a receptionist, administrative, or property-related role
  • Strong organisational and time management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • High level of attention to detail and professionalism

Desirable:

  • Experience in property management or real estate sector
  • Familiarity with property management software Letman or Blockman
  • Knowledge of Irish tenancy regulations and Block Management Regulations

Pay: From €28,000.00 per year
