We are seeking a reliable, personable, and organized individual to join our team as a Receptionist/Cashier.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner.
- Answer and route phone calls effectively.
- Manage cash register operations, including handling transactions and providing accurate change.
- Maintain an organized and tidy reception area.
- Schedule appointments and manage bookings (if applicable).
- Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and email correspondence.
- Respond to customer inquiries and resolve complaints when necessary.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in customer service, cashiering, or reception is an asset but not required.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic math and computer skills (proficiency in [specific software, e.g., Microsoft Office or POS systems] is a plus).
- Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment.
- Professional appearance and demeanor.
