What you will do:

  • Frontliner - Manages the front desk of an organization
  • Efficient and effective in handling the inventory of all items inside the practice.
  • Deposit all cheque and cash sales to authorized bank pick-up teller as scheduled.
  • Deliver the company's standards on customer service excellence by correctly and politely responding to telephone inquiries and phone appointments.
  • Makes sure that patient information are encoded properly.
  • Maintain a good filing system.
  • In charge of the safety and security of company's funds and sales including correct settlement of credit card transactions on a daily basis.

Who you are:

  • Preferably College Graduate of Business or related course
  • 2-3 years of cashiering experience in retail
  • Experience in the Optical/Healthcare industry is an advantage
  • Must be amenable to work in SM City Cebu

Must have the following skills:

  • Good communication skills (oral & written)
  • Good interpersonal skills
  • Basic inventory management
  • Basic cash flow management
  • Basic accounting
  • Computer literate
  • Keen on details and organized
  • Can work under minimal supervision and can relate to all levels of organization

Job Type: Temporary
Contract length: 3 months
