Responsibilities
- Applicant must have a pleasing personality.
- Greet clients and visitors with a positive, helpful attitude.
- Responsible for performing clerical task within office setting to support daily operations.
- Assisting with a variety of administrative tasks including electronic communication, taking notes and making travel plans.
- Answering phone in a professional manner, and routing calls as necessary.
- Answering, forwarding, and screening phone calls.
- Scheduling appointments.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a related field.
- Prior experience as a receptionist or in a related field.
- Consistent, professional dress, and manner.
- Excellent written ad verbal communication skills.
- Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel and Outlook.
- Time management skills.
- Experience with administrative and clerical procedures.
- Able to contribute postively as part of a tem, helping out with various tasks as required.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php15,000.00 - Php20,000.00 per month
