Receptionist/Secretary

Responsibilities

  • Applicant must have a pleasing personality.
  • Greet clients and visitors with a positive, helpful attitude.
  • Responsible for performing clerical task within office setting to support daily operations.
  • Assisting with a variety of administrative tasks including electronic communication, taking notes and making travel plans.
  • Answering phone in a professional manner, and routing calls as necessary.
  • Answering, forwarding, and screening phone calls.
  • Scheduling appointments.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field.
  • Prior experience as a receptionist or in a related field.
  • Consistent, professional dress, and manner.
  • Excellent written ad verbal communication skills.
  • Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel and Outlook.
  • Time management skills.
  • Experience with administrative and clerical procedures.
  • Able to contribute postively as part of a tem, helping out with various tasks as required.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php15,000.00 - Php20,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Cebu City 6000 P07: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
