Position: Junior Recruiter

Description:

Baldangroup is seeking a dynamic and motivated Recruiter to join our HR team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the entire recruitment process, identifying top talent for various roles across the company. If you are passionate about human resources, have excellent communication skills, and a results-oriented approach, this is the perfect opportunity for you.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the full recruitment cycle from job posting to candidate selection and interview process
• Identify and attract qualified candidates through various platforms (LinkedIn, job boards, etc.)
• Screen CVs, conduct phone and in-person interviews, and provide feedback to hiring managers
• Support the HR team with onboarding activities and integration of new hires
• Stay up to date with job market trends and continuously improve recruitment strategies

Requirements:

• Degree in Psychology, Sociology, Business, or related field
• At least 1-2 years of experience in recruitment, preferably in-house or with recruitment agencies
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to build strong relationships
• Proficiency in using recruitment platforms (LinkedIn, Indeed, Glassdoor, etc.)
• Strong results orientation and ability to work independently
• Good command of English (C1)
