About the Team:
Our Regional & Singapore Commercial & People Recruitment Team supports the hiring needs of 15+ departments, covering roles across all seniority levels — from interns to experienced hires.

We work closely with hiring managers as true partners, understanding their needs and identifying the best talent to join the business. We are looking for a Recruitment Operations and Research Intern to support the recruitment team in identifying and engaging top talent across different markets. This role offers hands-on exposure to talent sourcing, market mapping, and recruitment operations, including interview coordination and stakeholder management.
Job Description:
  • Review and screen candidate profiles and resumes to assess alignment with role requirements and hiring criteria
  • Support recruitment operations, including candidate eligibility checks, interview scheduling, and coordination with candidates and hiring teams
  • Manage interview logistics, including scheduling, stakeholder coordination, and ensuring a smooth end-to-end interview process
  • Conduct talent research and market mapping to identify potential candidate pools and understand talent trends
  • Support recruiters in sourcing candidates through LinkedIn, referrals, job portals, and other channels, while building and maintaining talent pipelines
  • Maintain accurate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS), gather interview feedback, and support reporting and process improvements
Requirements:
  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor's Degree in any discipline
  • Have a passion for people, talent acquisition and culture
  • Have a strong affinity for critical thinking, problem-solving, and result-orientation
  • Being able to demonstrate excellent communication competencies (oral and written), in a culturally diverse environment
  • Hardworking, meticulous, highly accountable and reliable
  • Good team player, positive attitude, motivated and eager to learn
  • Full-time interns preferred
