Recruitment Specialist (Niche And It Roles)

We’re Hiring: IT Recruiters (Onsite – BGC, Taguig)

Location: Bonifacio Global City (BGC), Taguig
Work Setup: Full-time, Onsite

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for IT roles and some niche roles (e.g., developers, engineers, analysts, managers, directors, etc.)
• Source candidates through job boards, social media, and networking
• Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews
• Coordinate with hiring managers to understand technical requirements
• Schedule interviews and manage candidate pipelines
• Maintain accurate recruitment records and reports

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in IT recruitment (agency or in-house)
• Strong understanding of technical roles and skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Must be willing to work onsite in BGC, Taguig
