The Business Intelligence and Data Analytics team plays a critical role in conducting close-loop data-driven business iterations. As business intelligence specialists and data analysts, our scope of work is not limited to just performance monitoring and reporting, but also in proactively finding actionable insights to help drive high-impact business changes. Job Description:
- Assist in consolidating the monthly/quarterly budget for Monee across business segments.
- Perform variance analysis between forecasted and actual results, identifying key drivers and provide insights to improve forecasting accuracy.
- Support the preparation of management presentation materials, including financial summaries, variance analyses, and trend analyses.
Requirements:
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree or higher, preferably in Accountancy or Business
- Proficient with Microsoft Excel, familiarity with SQL/Python is a plus
- Excellent communication skills and ability to articulate clearly
- Proactive and able to work independently in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Full-time interns preferred (3-6 months)
