Regional Manager (Sales)

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Regional Manager (Sales) to lead our sales operations in Melbourne. The ideal candidate will oversee regional sales strategies, manage teams, and drive revenue growth while ensuring high client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute regional sales strategies to achieve business targets.
  • Lead, mentor, and manage the sales team to maximize performance and productivity.
  • Identify new business opportunities, markets, and client segments.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners.
  • Monitor sales performance, prepare reports, and provide insights to senior management.
  • Collaborate with marketing and business development teams to enhance brand visibility and market reach.
  • Ensure adherence to company policies, sales processes, and compliance standards.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activities to inform sales strategies.
  • Organize and participate in networking events, client meetings, and business presentations.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in sales management, preferably in consulting or professional services.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing high-performing teams.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
  • Ability to analyze market trends and develop strategic plans.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
