Regional Project Manager-Supply Chain

We are looking for an experienced Regional Project Manager to lead and deliver high-impact supply chain projects across the FMCG sector. This role is project-based and will focus on the execution of large-scale capital projects, including new facility builds, warehouse expansions, and production line installations across multiple sites in the region.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end execution of supply chain projects across plants, warehouses, and logistics facilities.
  • Oversee multi-site project delivery, ensuring alignment with business, supply chain, and capacity requirements.
  • Manage cross-functional collaboration with engineering, procurement, logistics, finance, and operations.
  • Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and regulatory agencies across different geographies.
  • Drive compliance with stringent safety standards and ensure timely, cost-effective delivery.
  • Report project status and milestones to senior leadership on a regional level.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, or related field (Master’s is a plus).
  • 10–15+ years’ experience in FMCG, with proven success in regional project management.
  • Strong background in greenfield and expansion projects (plants, warehouses, production lines).
  • Project management certification (PMP, Prince2, Lean Six Sigma) preferred.
  • Exceptional stakeholder management and cross-cultural leadership skills.
