Regional Sales Representative

Overview
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth, developing strong customer relationships, and effectively promoting our products and services. This role requires a blend of technical knowledge and sales expertise, making it essential for candidates to possess both interpersonal skills and a keen understanding of our offerings.

Duties

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking, cold calling, and referrals.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
  • Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the benefits of our offerings.
  • Negotiate contracts and close sales while ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the process.
  • Utilize Salesforce or similar CRM tools to track sales activities, manage leads, and analyze performance metrics.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop strategies that enhance brand visibility and attract potential customers.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and following up on client feedback.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions to effectively position our products.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in sales or business development, preferably in a technical sales environment.
  • Strong negotiation skills with the ability to influence decision-makers.
  • Excellent communication skills in English; proficiency in Spanish is a plus.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce or other CRM software for managing customer relationships effectively.
  • Ability to analyze data and market trends to inform sales strategies.
  • A customer-centric approach with a commitment to delivering high-quality service.
  • Willingness to travel for outside sales activities as needed.
  • A proactive attitude towards problem-solving and overcoming challenges in the sales process.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $34,400.00-$250,000.00 per year
