What You’ll Do

• Deliver high-quality, home-based ABA services across the Des Moines metro.
• Implement behavioral therapy interventions one-one-one with your assigned clients
• Collaborate closely with your supervising BCBA within a team-based clinical rotation.
• Participate in paid training, coaching, and fidelity checks to keep skills sharp.
• Communicate proactively with caregivers and your clinical team to drive outcomes.

What You’ll Bring

• Either:
• Willingness to obtain RBT certification OR
• Current RBT Certification
• Reliable transportation for home visits across the metro area.
• A growth mindset, professionalism, and compassion for families.
• Must be able to work after school hours (3ish to 6ish) at least 3 days a week!

Schedule & Location

• Start part-time and grow into a full-time role; Des Moines metro (home-based with periodic in-person trainings at our Home Base office).

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $25.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 15 per week
