Are you a caring and motivated Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) looking for a team that values both patients and staff? Dr. Justin L. Morrison’s dental practice in Beaumont, TX, is seeking an enthusiastic RDA to help us continue delivering outstanding care in a comfortable and welcoming setting.

About Us:
We are a patient-focused practice offering a full range of dental services—from preventive and cosmetic care to restorative treatments and Invisalign. Our team is dedicated to creating positive experiences while helping patients achieve and maintain lifelong oral health.

Your Role:
As a key member of our clinical team, you’ll support the dentist during procedures and help ensure every visit runs smoothly and comfortably for our patients.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Assist the dentist during exams and procedures
• Sterilize and organize instruments and treatment areas
• Document medical histories and update treatment records
• Educate patients on post-treatment care and oral hygiene practices

What We’re Looking For:

• Active Texas RDA certification (new graduates encouraged to apply!)
• Knowledge of dental assisting procedures and infection control
• Friendly, professional demeanor with great communication skills
• Team-oriented and dependable with a strong work ethic
• Passion for delivering excellent patient care

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $17.00 - $23.00 per hour
