Renovation Manager (Pm)

Location: Hope Island / Gold Coast / Brisbane

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, coordinate, and manage high end residential / villa renovation projects.
• Liaise with clients to understand project requirements and expectations.
• Work with designers, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure accurate scoping.
• Manage timelines, budgets, and quality control throughout each phase of the renovation.
• Source and manage tradespeople and suppliers.
• Monitor site health and safety compliance.
• Resolve issues or delays effectively to keep projects on track.

Requirements:

• Minimum 10 years’ experience in residential construction or renovation management.
• Proven ability to manage multiple renovation projects simultaneously.
• Competency in project management software and construction budgeting.
• Relevant qualification in Building, Construction Management, or similar is preferred.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $6,500.00 – $9,000.00 per month
