Rental Technician

RENTAL TECHNICIAN
Employment Type – Full-Time

Schedule: Monday – Friday (8am-4:30pm)

Pay Range: $24 to $27 per hour

JOB SUMMARY
We are seeking a Rental Technician to work in our Rental Division. This individual is a fast learner, enjoys a team dynamic, and demonstrates a spirit of cooperation.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITES

• Fulfill onsite services and repairs for rental department.

• Fulfill Daily, Weekly and Monthly rental Change Order requests.

• Assist in maintaining inventory control of rental equipment and assets.

• Complete daily tasks/orders including documentation in FileMaker, etc.

• Perform day-to-day tasks as necessary; programming, installation support onsite or in-house related issues.

• Ship out rental orders to customers on a daily basis

• Assist in maintaining adequate inventory levels and reduce disruptions caused by equipment shortages.

• Deliver and pick up orders

QUALIFICATIONS

• Effective and proactive communicator who provides responsive and professional service!

• Job site safety compliance oriented, with a willingness to follow industry best practices.

• Problem-solves, troubleshoots with a can-do attitude.

• Answer customer calls and correspondence quickly and pleasantly.

• Administrative duties include Work Order documentation and email communication; must be very proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.

• MUST HAVE a clean driving record and a valid driver’s license.

• Ability to work well with cross-functional teams in a positive and professional manner.

• Deadline and detail-oriented.

• Improve personal performance continually.
