Replenishment And Inventory Control Specialist

Job Summary:
The Replenishment and Inventory Control Specialist is responsible for monitoring stock levels, ensuring product availability, and maintaining accurate inventory records. This role helps support store operations by analyzing sales trends, coordinating with suppliers, and preventing overstocking or stockouts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor daily inventory levels and ensure timely replenishment of stocks.
  • Analyze sales data, forecasts, and consumption trends to determine optimal stock levels.
  • Coordinate with suppliers, buyers, and warehouse teams for timely delivery of items.
  • Prepare and update inventory reports, stock movement, and discrepancies.
  • Conduct regular cycle counts and assist in physical inventory activities.
  • Investigate and resolve inventory variances or issues.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the Odoo system.
  • Ensure proper documentation of transfers, returns, and adjustments.
  • Monitor slow-moving, fast-moving, and critical items and provide recommendations.
  • Support the merchandising and operations team in ensuring product availability in stores.
  • Implement and follow inventory control policies and procedures.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Accounting, or related field.
  • At least 2-3 years of experience in inventory management, replenishment, or related roles is an advantage.
  • Proficient in MS Excel and inventory management systems.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and with minimal supervision.
  • Good communication and coordination skills.
