This Post-Doc position is offered at the Chair of Social and Organisational Psychology within the Department of Sociology and Social Psychology.
YOUR TASKS
- Plan, conduct, and lead independent research projects within the chair‘s research areas, such as (perceptions of) attitudes, ambivalence, and social judgments and behavior
- Publish research findings in high-quality, peer-reviewed international journal
- Contribute to ongoing research projects at the chair
- Prepare and submit applications for competitive third-party research funding (individually and in collaboration with others)
- Contribute to teaching in the faculty’s degree programmes
- Actively contribute to the research environment in the department and the Center for Social and Economic Behavior
YOUR PROFILE
- Doctoral degree in psychology, behavioral economics, or a related discipline
- Strong motivation to pursue an academic career
- Excellent methodological and analytical skills
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- High level of curiosity, initiative, and independence in research-related work
- Working language is English; German is optional
