About the role

The City is seeking a Resource Performance and Data Analyst, delivering performance management and digital transformation initiatives to enhance efficiency and effectiveness across the City Cleansing and Resource Recovery Unit. This role focuses on optimising services, systems, and data to drive operational performance in a constantly evolving compliance and digital landscape. The role is responsible for overseeing data management and performance.


Key Responsibilities:

  • lead and implement data led initiatives to enhance service delivery
  • develop and optimise processes, systems, and support training in digital literacy
  • drive continuous improvement, collaborating with managers and teams to identify and implement innovative solutions
  • lead projects focused on service transformation, digital capability, and improved performance outcomes.

We’re looking for someone with:

  • degree in data science or similar, or extensive experience in data administration and performance management
  • proven success in delivering strategic programs, business transformation, and continuous improvement
  • demonstrated experience in IT system implementation, budget management, and performance optimisation
  • strong leadership skills with the ability to drive cultural and operational change in a complex environment.

This role has the option of a rostered day off each month, known as a 19-day month.
