Job Description

Four Points by Sheraton Edmundston is seeking an experienced and motivated Restaurant Manager to oversee the onsite restaurant, Frank's Bar & Grill. This leadership role is ideal for someone passionate about hospitality, team development, and delivering exceptional guest experiences.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily restaurant and bar operations
• Supervise, train, and schedule front-of-house staff
• Ensure high standards of service, cleanliness, and guest satisfaction
• Monitor labor costs, inventory, and ordering
• Work closely with kitchen staff to ensure smooth service
• Handle guest concerns and resolve issues promptly
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and alcohol service regulations
• Support revenue growth through promotions and upselling

Requirements

• 2+ years of restaurant or hotel management experience
• Strong leadership and organizational skills
• Excellent customer service and communication abilities
• Experience with POS systems and scheduling tools
• Ability to work flexible hours (evenings, weekends, holidays)
• Bilingual (English/French) is an asset
