FULL TIME RESTAURANT MARKETING MANAGER - REMOVE

This is an outstanding opportunity to join a UK-based social media company offering full time work with reliable pay. Our longest serving member of staff in the Philippines has been working for us for over 4 years now.

This is a remote based role with excellent pay and benefits including 28 days holiday and Maxicare cover.

Role:

We’re looking for an experienced restaurant marketing manager with excellent English Skills (both written and spoken) to manage the client relationships for our UK based restaurant clients.

You will be responsible for working with a group of restaurants who have signed up for our marketing service, your key job is to ensure they’re getting results for our service.

The role includes:

• Developing monthly campaigns for clients (e.g. the best way for a restaurant to promote Valentines Day).
• Showing results from our campaigns.
• Working with our content team to ensure we’re delivering exciting content for clients.
• Communicating with clients regularly to ensure we’re promoting exactly what they’d like including (including calls, emails and messages).

Full training will be given but prior experience with customer service and social media would be advantageous.

A love of food and drink is a essential.

You must be able to demonstrate the following:

A minimum of 2 year’s account marketing experience in a restaurant and/or creative environment.

Perfect English (spoken and written)

Excellent time management

Knowledge in social media marketing (Facebook, Instagram and TikTok is desirable)- Proactive with client communication

Hours:

• The role is 8 hours a day from Monday to Friday. Our typical working hours are 4:30pm - 12am (8:30am - 5pm UK time).
