Retail And Education Manager

We are currently seeking a Retail & Education Manager to join our team, overseeing luxury beauty brands such as Armani Beauty, Prada Beauty, and Valentino Beauty. If you have strong leadership skills, a passion for the beauty industry, and a commitment to excellence, we want you to be part of our dynamic team.

This role reports into the Head of Luxury Beauty and will be based in Makati, Philippines.

Key Responsibilities:

• Retail Sales Target Setting & Tracking:
• Set and monitor retail sales targets per store. Track store performance, identify gaps, and adjust strategies to ensure targets are met or exceeded.
• Retail Team Leadership:

Lead and inspire retail teams to achieve sales goals while maintaining high brand standards. Coach store managers and staff, fostering a high-performance culture and team engagement.

• Retail Team Training & Education:

Design and deliver tailored training programs that enhance product knowledge, sales skills, and customer service, ensuring teams are equipped to drive sales and deliver exceptional experiences.Offer ongoing coaching and real-time support to retail teams, providing constructive feedback to improve performance and build confidence in their skills.Assess the impact of training through sales data and feedback, refining content to ensure continuous improvement and alignment with business goals.What We’re Looking For:

• Training Programs Assessment:
• Experience in retail education, training, or sales management: Previous experience in a similar role, preferably within luxury beauty or fashion.
• Strong passion & knowledge of luxury beauty products: Innate interest in the beauty industry, especially within the luxury space with brands like Armani, Prada, and Valentino.
• A passion for education and development: Enjoys simplifying and delivering engaging content in an interactive, hands-on way.
• Results-driven mindset: Strong command of sales targets, monitoring & achievement with the ability to utilize data, assessments, and performance metrics to drive results.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills: Ability to convey complex information clearly and inspire audiences at all levels.
• Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills: Able to build effective collaborations with internal and external stakeholders.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php40,000.00 - Php50,000.00 per month
