We partner with some of the world's leading companies and operate in the retail environment, bringing their sales and marketing plans to life instore. Boasting over 20 years of industry experience, our sole aim in these stores is to grow our client's brands.

We’re looking for enthusiastic individuals to join our team as Beauty Merchandisers, helping to refresh and re-sequence makeup displays in leading retailers. You’ll be working with iconic beauty brands, well known on the high street.

This is flexible, project-based work starting in January 2026 — and here’s the bonus: you’ll receive payment before Christmas for your training days in December. Previous retail experience is a plus but not essential, as full training will be provided.

The work will consist of 8-hour days, Monday to Friday, initially during a busy 4–6 week project period beginning in January 2026, with the possibility of work throughout the rest of 2026 as well. We’re seeking reliable, motivated people in your area to help bring these beauty brands to life in stores.

Role Responsibilities

• Refreshing and re-sequencing makeup stands using detailed planograms

• Installing new components and updating visuals/graphics

• Ensuring stands look fresh and inviting for customers

• Collecting kits from our warehouse, or local depots/pick up points

Great to Haves

• Previous beauty merchandising experience within a retail environment (but not essential)

• Access to your own car

• A smart phone

• The ability to input information into an app-based system

• Great time keeping and organisation

• Able to work independently, as well as part of a team
