Duties & Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers, providing expert advice on carpet and flooring options
• Manage the full sales process from initial enquiry to closing the sale
• Maintain an organised and visually appealing showroom
• Process transactions accurately and efficiently
• Handle customer queries and resolve issues with professionalism
• Work collaboratively with team members to achieve store targets
• Stay up to date with the latest trends and products in the flooring industry
• Ensure all health and safety standards are met

Requirements

• Proven retail experience in the carpet and flooring industry (essential)
• Confident communicator with strong interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Comfortable working under pressure in a busy store environment
• Self-motivated and proactive, with a strong work ethic
• Available to work Monday to Saturday as part of a flexible schedule
