Job Title: Retail Commercial intern

Reporting to: Commercial Manager (SG LUX)

About the Role

This role sits within the Commercial team, and provide supports the for team in achieving Nett Revenue and Sellout targets by ensuring seamless operations both at sales floor, and at Coty backend. This role will require the candidate to be skilled in Microsoft excel / powerpoint applications

• Maintain daily sales data
• Improve data analytics and data reporting processes
• Creation and submission of new sell in forms
• Following up on delivery fulfilment, errors on ordering codes
• Maintain a clean set of data with retailers, updating them on price changes/ code changes,
• Upkeep Coty’s brand and product page on retail partner’s site
• Work with retail partner to launch newness on-site and in store on time
• Ensure all newness, GWPs & testers are delivered on time to our retail partners
• Maintain brand planogram with retail partner

ESSENTIAL:

• Undergraduates who can commit for at least 6 months (Jul2026-Dec2026) for a full-time internship.

• Skilled in the use of MS Office tools including Outlook, Excel (Pivot Tables, VLookUp) Word and PowerPoint.
• Data savvy with the confidence to pull insights from large datasets.
• Self-motivated and self-starter, with a strong work ethic and a sense of confidentiality.
• Possesses cross-cultural awareness and high emotional intelligence.
• Articulate, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong interest in consumer goods, makeup and beauty products.
• Strong desire to learn along with a strong sense of ownership.
• Persuasive, resilient and flexible, able to easily adapt to new challenges.
