The WW Apple Retail Engagement, Marketing & Merchandising (REMM) team defines, makes and delivers programs, campaigns, initiatives and experiences that help Apple Retail’s customers and teams discover, be inspired by, learn about and go further with Apple’s products and services, and does so in a manner that is true to our values.

Description
We are seeking an experienced and innovative Brand Manager to join our dynamic team. You will build and implement integrated brand marketing strategies for Apple Retail, ensuring brand consistency across all retail channels and delivering a best-in-class customer experience. You will oversee key Apple Retail marketing campaigns and initiatives (e.g., Services, Expansion, Values, Accessories) from insight and strategy through execution, working closely with cross-functional teams to drive the end-to-end process. Data and insights will guide your decision-making, shaping strategies and programs that align with key business priorities.

You will translate brand campaigns or key marketing moments into compelling retail realities, by ideating and orchestrating integrated retail marketing strategies across all touchpoints and programs - including interactive product demonstrations, engaging in-store events, immersive brand experiences, store expansion, physical and digital merchandising, and internal engagement. You will partner with internal program owners, providing project leadership to ensure seamless and impactful execution.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop customer experiences, marketing campaigns, and communication plans.

You will build and maintain strong relationships with partners and stakeholders across the business.

Preferred Qualifications
Track record of leading strategic conversations with a wide range of people in different fields and across levels

Excellent interpersonal skills, able to strike the right balance in all situations, from cross-functional working groups to executive presentations

Strategically astute, able to connect the dots across different work streams with a creative approach to solving problems and building memorable customer experiences and campaigns.

Ability to synthesize problem statements, opportunities, and strategic approaches in clear, convincing, compelling briefs that tell a story to influence leadership and partners across the organization.

A proven track record of establishing trust, credibility, and influence across multiple partners in order to bring consensus in a highly matrixed organization

Minimum Qualifications
7+ years in consumer marketing with global brands in a multi-channel environment

Experience managing integrated consumer marketing campaigns for global brands across different channels including customer engagement, digital and out-bound marketing channels, social, in-store physical and digital marketing touch-points

Excellent written and verbal communication skills; adept at building and delivering compelling presentations to partners and leaders alike

Strong program and project management skills, able to juggle multiple initiatives and deliver work on aggressive timelines
