Retail Sales Assistant

Responsibilities

• Proactively approach, engage, and assist walk-in customers
• Promote and introduce our brand with strong product knowledge
• Provide excellent service by handling customer feedback and defective items promptly
• Manage daily and monthly stock ordering, replenishment, and stock counts
• Maintain store standards, including display, lighting, and cleanliness
• Carry out any other ad-hoc duties as assigned

Requirements

• Minimum GCE ‘N’/‘O’ Level or equivalent (related field preferred)
• 1 year of experience in F&B / Retail Operations is an advantage
• Fresh graduates and candidates with no experience are welcome (training will be provided)
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
• Excellent communication, problem-solving skills, and sales-driven mindset
• Able to work on evenings, weekends, and public holidays as required
