Responsibilities

• Greet customers warmly and assist them in locating products that meet their needs
• Conduct product demonstrations and explain features to enhance customer understanding
• Engage in upselling techniques to maximize sales opportunities
• Operate POS systems accurately for transactions, including cash handling and processing payments
• Maintain organized merchandise displays and ensure the store is clean and inviting
• Provide excellent customer service through active listening, effective communication, and phone etiquette
• Manage time efficiently to handle multiple customers during busy periods
• Assist with merchandising tasks and stock replenishment as needed
• Support team efforts in achieving sales goals and maintaining store standards

Experience

• Previous retail sales experience is preferred, especially in technology or electronics sales
• Familiarity with POS systems, cashiering, and basic math skills for handling transactions
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail in merchandising and product placement
• Excellent communication skills (English required)
• Experience with product demos, technical sales, or upselling techniques is a plus
• Ability to manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment and deliver exceptional customer service
