Retail Sales Technician & Retail Sales Assistant

We are looking for a retail sales technician to assist and support in running the store operations and retail sales assistant to assist and support daily shop flow.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist customers with their enquiries
• Able to follow and provide team support.
• Able to do diagnostic test and identify malfunction of motherboard.
• Provide assistance to customers on enquiries of technical faults.
• Able to follow and cooperate with company guidelines and protocol.
• Provide and maintain professional and excellent customer service
• Drive and achieve monthly sales target
• Assist in merchandising and ensure good housekeeping in product display.
• Following up with customers for their pending repair/gadget orders.
• Preparing daily store incoming appointment orders

Job Requirements

• Positive Team Player
• Preferred with retail sales experiences
• Able to commit on weekends and public holidays.
• Retail hour - 10.30am to 9pm (Weekday off)
• Islandwide store location
• Must be proficient in English, bonus to other languages.
• Must be willling to work as a team.
