Store Manager – Dublin City Centre

From the first shop in Howth, Dublin, to becoming the nation's leading golf retailer, we are synonymous with the game in Ireland. McGuirks Golf is delighted to announce the launch of our brand-new store (opening soon) in one of Dublin City Centre’s leading retail locations. We are now looking for an experienced and motivated Store Manager to take the lead in this exciting new store.

This is a great opportunity to join a well-established Irish business and play a key role in launching and shaping a new city centre location.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and lead a team to deliver outstanding customer service.

• Oversee the day-to-day operations of the store, ensuring all store targets are met.

• Develop and implement sales strategies to maximise store performance.

• Provide training and development to your team.

• Maintain exceptional visual merchandising standards in line with a premium retail environment.

• Handle customer complaints and inquiries professionally, ensuring high levels of satisfaction.

• Monitor and analyse store performance.

• Ensure adherence to all policies and procedures, including health and safety standards.

What We’re Looking For:

• Proven experience as a Store Manager ideally within a premium retail environment.

• Strong leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.

• Commercially driven, with a strong track record of delivering results.

• A passion for golf and a strong understanding of the sport is desirable.

• Excellent communication, organisational, and problem-solving skills.

• A hands-on, proactive approach to work and a strong attention to detail.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and thrive under pressure.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From €35,000.00 per year
